Shipping & Return Policy

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Processing:

 Once the order has been received, the order will be shipped out the next business day if the sunglasses or contact lenses are in stock and 5-6 business days for sunglasses or contact lenses that are not in stock.  If sunglasses or contact lenses are not in stock, we will re-order the sunglasses or contact lenses from our suppliers.  It takes approximately 4-5 business days after ordering the lenses for them to arrive to our warehouse. Once the lenses arrive to our warehouse, we will ship your order the next business day.

 Orders will not be processed on holidays, Friday evenings, Saturday and Sunday.

 Shipping:

 We ship all orders using Canada Post.  Your two options are Canada Post Expedited (time of delivery: 3-7 business days) and Canada Post Xpresspost (time of delivery: 1-3 business days).

 With Canada Post Expedited (time of delivery: 3-7 business days), you get free shipping on orders over $99 or you pay $9.95 for orders under $99.

 With Canada Post Xpresspost (time of delivery: 1-3 business days), your shipping cost is $4.50 for orders over $99 and $14.45 for orders under $99.

 Orders are covered by $100 Liability coverage through Canada Post. If your order exceeds this amount and is lost, stolen or damaged in transit we will cover all costs to replace the shipment.

 Once your order has been shipped you will receive a notification to your email with a tracking number

 RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:

 Contact Lenses:

 If you are not completely satisfied with your order you may return or exchange your contact lenses within 365 days from the time you receive your order. The returned contact lens boxes must be unopened, unmarked and not expired to receive a full refund or exchange, excluding shipping charges.

 If a contact lens is defective, do not throw the contact lens away.  It will need to be returned with its original packaging for an exchange to be granted.   Defective lenses will be replaced with the same lens and prescription.  There are no refunds for defective lenses.

 If a lens is confirmed to be defective, or we made a mistake on your order, we will send you a replacement lens at no cost and cover the cost of shipping.

 Sunglasses:

 100 Day Return/Exchange Policy

 If your not completely satisfied with your sunglasses order you can return/exchange it within 100 days of receiving your order, excluding shipping charges.

 The returned sunglasses need to be in their original condition and packaging, with authenticity tags and manufacturer seals attached.

 After inspecting the returned product and confirming original condition, your refund/exchange will be processed.

 Before making a return/exchange, please contact us by email and include your name, order number and reason for return.
